In the first 30 minutes the hosts will share their observations of consumer behaviors in their respective areas during the pandemic, and discuss where they think we are headed as pandemic restrictions continue to ease. First in a Series of Creative Workshops: 10/03 (AM), Michelle Wen, Artist/Ceramist, in a “Secrets of the Trade” Workshop

45 minute workshop. In the first 30 minutes Michelle will share her “Secrets of the Trade” with pottery enthusiasts, teaching workarounds to common technical problems using the tips and tricks she developed from her own practice. Second in a Series of Creative Workshops: 10/10 (PM), Lisa Dosson, Founder of Model Drawing Collective and Storyboard Artist, in a Sketchbook Demo With Models!
Sliding Scale (Limit: 25 spots)
45 minute workshop. In the first 30 minutes Lisa will draw from life with a costumed art model present! Animators, illustrators, sketch artists and drawing/painting enthusiasts are encouraged to join and draw-along! Anyone interested in keeping a creative journal from observation should pop in to see Lisa’s demo as well!

Fourth in a Series of Creative Workshops: 10/24 (AM), Our Cover Artist Ana Filipa Maceira, Illustrator and Co-Founder of Ousa Collective, Hosts an Activities Event “Let’s Illustrate Together”!

45 minute workshop. In the first 30 minutes Ana will provide an activities page for attendees so they can create along with her. Attend this session to interact with Ana and others in the session.
